The festival

The XII Rimini International Folk, Dance & Music Festival 2027, also presented as the Rimini Cultural Dialogue Festival – XII Edition, takes place in Rimini, Italy, from 22–27 August 2027.

Performers from around the world come together for an international celebration of culture, music and tradition.

Accommodation is provided in selected partner hotels in Rimini, subject to availability and group size. Possible hotels include Hotel Jasmine, Hotel Brezza, Hotel Avana Mare, Hotel Supreme, Hotel Blumen, Hotel Mirage, Hotel Amba, Hotel Martina’s, Hotel Arno (2 stars) and Hotel L&V (3 stars).

Standard accommodation is in triple or quadruple rooms. Double and single rooms are available with supplements.

Booking & Payment Terms

Festival Package Prices

  • 5 nights: €255 per person
  • 4 nights: €230 per person
  • 3 nights: €205 per person

Booking & Payment

  • 10% first advance at registration / confirmation.
  • 30% second advance to FolkVision Events within 20 working days after the first payment.
  • 60% balance no later than 30 days before the event or upon arrival, according to the signed agreement.
  • Payments are made by bank transfer.
  • Payments to the main organizer are due only after signing the Participation Agreement / Contract.
  • Payments are non-refundable if the group cancels.
  • In case of force majeure, payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition.
  • Fees may be subject to slight changes due to weather conditions or local regulations.

There is no age limit for participating groups. Family members and friends may join under the same accommodation conditions.

Visa & Invitations

An invitation letter suitable for visa purposes is provided.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group should prepare a performance of approximately 10 minutes. The length may be adjusted according to the number of participating groups.
  • Music and interpretation may be live or recorded.
  • The festival stage is outdoors. Performances may be cancelled in case of storm or rain for safety reasons.

Excursions

Participants can combine the festival with optional sightseeing and leisure activities listed in the daily program. The organizer or hotel can assist with discounted tickets, transport information and practical arrangements.

Optional tours to destinations such as Venice and Bologna may also be available.
