X Rimini International Folk, Dance & Music Festival 2027

Also presented as the Rimini Cultural Dialogue Festival – X Edition, this international celebration of culture, music and tradition takes place in Rimini, Italy, from 4–9 July 2027.

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • Hotel accommodation.
  • Half Board with breakfast and dinner.
  • Festival organization expenses.
  • Program coordination.
  • Professional assistance.
  • Certificates for participants.
  • Diplomas for artistic directors, choreographers, instructors and coordinators.
  • Plaques for participating groups, presented during the closing ceremony.
  • One free place for every 25 paying participants (25+1).
  • For groups with more than 35 participants, double rooms for the driver and group leader without extra charge.

Not included

  • Tourist tax: up to €3 per person/day, paid separately.
  • Optional excursions.
  • Double-room supplement: €10 per person/day.
  • Single-room supplement: €35 per person/day.
  • Additional day with Half Board: €50 per person.
  • Visa costs.
  • Health insurance.
  • Travel expenses.
  • Airport and other transfers.
  • Bus parking.
  • Bank charges, payable by the participating group.

Accommodation is provided in selected partner hotels in Rimini, subject to availability and group size. Standard accommodation is in triple or quadruple rooms; double and single rooms are also available.

Possible hotels include Hotel Jasmine, Hotel Brezza, Hotel Avana Mare, Hotel Supreme, Hotel Blumen, Hotel Mirage, Hotel Amba, Hotel Martina’s, Hotel Arno (2-star) and Hotel L&V (3-star).

Booking & Payment Terms

Festival Package Prices

  • 5 nights, Half Board: €265 per person.
  • 4 nights, Half Board: €240 per person.
  • 3 nights, Half Board: €215 per person.

Booking & Payment

  • Advance I: 10% at registration / confirmation.
  • Advance II: 30% to FolkVision Events within 20 working days after the first advance.
  • Balance: 60% no later than 30 days before the festival, or upon arrival according to the signed agreement.
  • All payments are made by bank transfer.
  • Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement / Contract is signed.
  • Payments are non-refundable if the group cancels.
  • In case of force majeure, payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition.
  • Fees may be subject to slight changes due to weather conditions or local regulations.

Participation

Who Can Participate

  • Folklore dance groups, choirs, music bands and majorettes from around the world.
  • Soloists may participate under limited conditions.
  • There is no age limit.
  • Family members and friends may join under the same accommodation conditions.

Visa & Invitations

An invitation letter suitable for visa purposes is included in the package.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group should prepare a performance of approximately 10 minutes. The duration may be adjusted depending on the total number of participating groups.
  • Music and interpretation may be live or recorded.
  • All participating groups take part in the festival evening.
  • The stage is outdoors. The festival evening may be cancelled in case of storm or rain for safety reasons.

Excursions

Optional sightseeing and leisure activities can complement the festival.

San Marino

The optional half-day excursion includes the Garibaldi Monument, Porta San Francesco and Piazza della Libertà.

Other Activities

Optional tours to Venice and Bologna may also be available. Groups can receive support with discounted tickets, transport information and practical arrangements for leisure visits, including assistance from the organizer or hotel.
