The festival

IX RIMINI INTERNATIONAL FOLK, DANCE & MUSIC FESTIVAL 2027

Also presented as Rimini Cultural Dialogue Festival – IX Edition, this international celebration of culture, music and tradition brings performers from around the world to Rimini, Italy.

The introduction gives the festival dates as 27 June to 2 July 2027. The supplied daily program uses different dates; see the program and date clarification below.

Price includes

  • Single-room supplement: €35 per person/day.
  • Additional day/night with Half Board: €50 per person.

Accommodation is provided in selected partner hotels in Rimini, subject to availability and group size. Standard accommodation is in triple or quadruple rooms; double and single rooms are also available.

Possible hotels include Hotel Jasmine, Hotel Brezza, Hotel Avana Mare, Hotel Supreme, Hotel Blumen, Hotel Mirage, Hotel Amba, Hotel Martina’s, Hotel Arno (2-star) and Hotel L&V (3-star).

Booking & Payment Terms

Package Prices

  • 5 nights: €255 per person.
  • 4 nights: €230 per person.
  • 3 nights: €205 per person.

Booking & Payment

  • Advance I: 10% at registration / confirmation.
  • Advance II: 30% to FolkVision Events within 20 working days after the first advance.
  • Balance: 60% no later than 30 days before the event, or upon arrival according to the signed agreement.
  • Payments to the main organizer are due only after signing the Participation Agreement / Contract.
  • Payments must be made by bank transfer. Bank charges are covered by the participating group.
  • Payments are non-refundable if the group cancels.
  • In case of force majeure, payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition.

Participation

Who Can Participate

  • Folklore dance groups, choirs, music bands and majorettes.
  • Soloists under limited conditions.
  • There is no age limit for participating groups.
  • Family members and friends may join under the same accommodation conditions.

Visa & Invitations

An invitation letter suitable for visa purposes is included in the package.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group should prepare a performance of approximately 10 minutes. The duration may be adjusted depending on the total number of groups.
  • Music and interpretation may be live or recorded.
  • All participating groups must take part in the festival evening.

Excursions

The optional half-day excursion on the second day includes the Garibaldi Monument, Porta San Francesco and Piazza della Libertà.

Groups can receive assistance with discounted tickets, transport information and practical arrangements for optional activities. For the fifth-day park visits, assistance may be provided by the organizer or hotel.

Optional tours to places such as Venice and Bologna may also be available.
