VIII RIMINI INTERNATIONAL FOLK, DANCE & MUSIC FESTIVAL 2027

Also presented as the Rimini Cultural Dialogue Festival, the festival takes place in Rimini, Italy, from 20–25 June 2027.

Arrival in Rimini

  1. Arrival of participating groups at the hotels, accommodation and information meeting with the organizers.

Price includes

  • Hotel accommodation.
  • Half Board: breakfast and dinner.
  • Festival organization.
  • Program coordination.
  • Professional assistance.
  • Certificates for participants and diplomas for artistic directors, choreographers, instructors and coordinators, presented on the festival evening.
  • Plaques for participating groups, presented during the closing ceremony.
  • 25+1: one free place for every 25 paying participants.
  • For groups of more than 35 participants, double rooms for drivers and group leaders without extra charge.

Not included

  • Tourist tax: up to €3 per person/day, paid separately.
  • Optional excursions.
  • Double-room supplement: €10 per person/day.
  • Single-room supplement: €35 per person/day.
  • Additional night/day with Half Board: €50 per person.
  • Visa costs.
  • Health insurance.
  • Travel expenses.
  • Airport and other transfers.
  • Bus parking.
  • Bank charges, payable by the participating group.

Accommodation is provided in selected partner hotels in Rimini, subject to availability and group size. Standard rooms are triple or quadruple; double and single rooms are also available.

Possible hotels include Hotel Jasmine, Hotel Brezza, Hotel Avana Mare, Hotel Supreme, Hotel Blumen, Hotel Mirage, Hotel Amba, Hotel Martina’s, Hotel Arno (2-star) and Hotel L&V (3-star).

Booking & Payment Terms

Festival Package Prices

  • 5 nights: €245 per person.
  • 4 nights: €220 per person.
  • 3 nights: €195 per person.

Booking & Payment

  • Advance I: 10% at registration / confirmation.
  • Advance II: 30% to FolkVision Events within 20 working days after the first advance.
  • Balance: 60% no later than 30 days before the festival or upon arrival, according to the signed agreement.
  • Payments are made by bank transfer.
  • Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement / Contract is signed.
  • Payments are non-refundable if the group cancels.
  • In case of force majeure, payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition.
  • Fees may be subject to slight changes due to weather, local regulations or other external factors.

Participation

Who Can Participate

  • Folklore dance groups, choirs, music bands and majorettes from around the world.
  • Soloists may participate under limited conditions.
  • There is no age limit for participating groups.
  • Family members and friends may join and stay under the same accommodation conditions.

Visa & Invitations

An invitation letter suitable for visa purposes is provided.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group should prepare a performance of approximately 10 minutes. Duration may be adjusted depending on the number of participating groups.
  • Music may be performed live or played from electronic support.
  • The festival stage is outdoors. Performances may be cancelled in stormy or rainy weather for safety reasons.
  • The organizer may change the exact performance date according to the tourism centre program.

Excursions

The optional half-day excursion to San Marino may include visits to the Garibaldi Monument, Porta San Francesco and Piazza della Libertà.

Additional optional excursions to Venice and Bologna may also be available.

Groups can receive assistance from the organizer or hotel with discounted attraction tickets, transport information and other practical arrangements. Hotel discounts for beach seats and umbrellas may also be available.
