XI Rimini International Folk, Dance & Music Festival 2027

Also presented as the Rimini Cultural Dialogue Festival – XI Edition, the festival takes place in Rimini, Italy, from 1–6 August 2027. Performers from around the world come together for a celebration of culture, music and tradition.

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • One free place for every 25 paying participants (25+1)
  • For groups with more than 35 participants, double rooms for the driver and group leader without extra charge

  • Tourist tax: up to €3 per person/day, paid separately

  • Double-room supplement: €12 per person/day
  • Single-room supplement: €37 per person/day
  • Additional day with Half Board: €50 per person

Accommodation is provided in selected partner hotels, subject to availability and group size. Standard rooms are triple or quadruple; double and single rooms are also available.

Possible hotels include Hotel Jasmine, Hotel Brezza, Hotel Avana Mare, Hotel Supreme, Hotel Blumen, Hotel Mirage, Hotel Amba, Hotel Martina’s, Hotel Arno (2-star) and Hotel L&V (3-star).

Booking & Payment Terms

Festival Package Prices

  • 5 nights: €275 per person
  • 4 nights: €250 per person
  • 3 nights: €225 per person

Booking & Payment

  • 10% first advance at registration / confirmation.
  • 30% second advance to FolkVision Events within 20 working days after the first payment.
  • 60% balance no later than 30 days before the event, or upon arrival according to the signed agreement.
  • Payments are made by bank transfer.
  • Payments to the main organizer are due only after signing the Participation Agreement / Contract.
  • Payments are non-refundable if the group cancels.
  • In case of force majeure, payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition.
  • The program and fees may be subject to slight changes due to weather conditions or local regulations.

  • Soloists under limited conditions

There is no age limit for participating groups. Family members and friends may join under the same accommodation conditions.

Visa & Invitations

An invitation letter suitable for visa purposes is included in the package.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group should prepare a performance of approximately 10 minutes. The length may be adjusted according to the total number of groups.
  • Music and interpretation may be live or recorded.
  • The festival stage is outdoors. Performances may be cancelled in case of storm or rain for safety reasons.
  • The exact performance date may be changed by the organizer depending on the local tourism program.

Excursions

Optional excursions to Venice and Bologna may also be available.

The organizer or hotel can assist groups with discounted tickets, transport information and practical arrangements for sightseeing and leisure activities.
