01Information we collect
We only ask for what we need to help your group take part in our festivals.
- Details you give us — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, group name, country and city, number of participants and travel preferences, when you send an application, a waiting-list request, a contact message or a newsletter signup.
- Technical information — browser type, device information, IP address and similar data collected automatically to keep the website secure and working well.
- Saved on your device — your shortlist of festivals and unfinished application drafts are stored in your own browser so you can continue later. Drafts are removed automatically after a few days.
02How we use your information
- To process applications and waiting-list requests and to answer your questions.
- To prepare festival logistics such as accommodation, transfers and programmes with you.
- To send newsletters, new destinations and early-bird offers — only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To improve our website and services by understanding how it is used.
- To meet our legal obligations.
04Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
05How long we keep it
We keep application and contact information for as long as needed to organise your participation and maintain our records, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
06Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email info@wofafestivals.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its update date.
