Sending an application through the website is a request to take part — it is not yet a confirmed booking and no payment is taken online. Your place is confirmed only after the WOFA office reviews your application and contacts you.

Prices, dates, accommodation and participation conditions for each festival are shown on its page and in the conditions sent to you. Those festival-specific conditions apply in addition to these terms.

All content on this website — text, photos, videos, logos and design — belongs to the World Festival Association or its partners unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Our website may link to hotels, maps, partners and social networks. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites and recommend reading their own terms.

We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the World Festival Association is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
