Magical. To sing our traditional songs with the sound of the ocean waves behind us was a deeply moving experience. The festival brought together some very high-level groups. A highlight for us was the workshop with a local Taarab music group, which was an invaluable cultural exchange. Our coordinator from WOFA was always there to help with a smile.

Festival was ok. Pula is beautiful place. We had a small problem with the sound system, there was some echo during our music, but we are professionals and we managed. The audience was warm. Maybe the performance time for each group could be a little longer next time, 10 minutes is short to show our full program.

Beautiful place, but a little crowdedMontenegro is a beautiful country and performing with a view of Sveti Stefan was special for my dancers. We loved sharing our Georgian culture. The organization of the concert was good. However, the schedule was very tight and the changing area behind the stage was too small for so many groups at the same time. This was a bit chaotic. The hotel food was repetitive. But we enjoyed the warm sea and the friendly atmosphere between participants.

I traveled with my daughter's group. It was a long journey by bus from Bulgaria, but seeing the children's happy faces was worth it. They were so excited to perform on the big outdoor stage and watch other kids dance. The organizers were very patient with the children. The hotel was simple, but the food was okay and there was a lot of it. The beach was the main attraction after rehearsals. A very positive experience for the little ones.

Safe and fun for the childrenI came with my daughter. The trip was so exciting for the children. They made friends with a group from Poland. Hotel was clean and very close to the beach. A very safe and happy environment for the kids.

A wonderful cultural exchangeThe flight was long but Zanzibar is a true paradise. It was a proud moment to present our Malaysian dances to an international audience. The stage was beautiful. After our performance, relaxing on the white sand beach was perfect. The WOFA team was very organized and took care of all our needs. We especially enjoyed the performance of the Bulgarian folk dancers.

Singing in an open-air setting is always a challenge for a choir, but the sound system was managed well and we were pleased with our performance. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive among the groups. Pula is a lovely host city with much to see. We would recommend this festival to other choirs.

Melodies by the SeaThe concept of singing by the sea is lovely. Our performance went well and we were happy with the audience reaction. The hotel was satisfactory, though the food could have more variety. It was difficult to get information about the final day schedule, there was some confusion. But the final concert was nice and the atmosphere was friendly. A good trip overall.

Good festival, some small issuesOur majorettes were happy to participate. Paralia is a nice town. The main stage was good but the schedule was a little late for our younger girls on the first night. The hotel was okay, but rooms were a bit small for four people with all our equipment. The beach was close, which was a big plus. The parade was fun. Overall a positive experience, but maybe timing of performances could be better for children groups.

Excellent acoustics and organizationThis is a very special festival for choirs. The acoustic in the concert hall was excellent for our voices. We sang together with choirs from Hungary and Macedonia in a friendship concert, which was a very good idea. Our guide Jelena was very helpful. A well-organized event for choral music lovers.

Powerful performance in Dubai MallOur Georgian dances looked very powerful on the big stage in the Dubai Mall. Many people stopped to watch, it was a fantastic feeling for the children. The schedule was intense but we saw a lot. Meeting the Ukrainian dancers was a nice moment. Thank you for this big chance.
