Flames of Culture: WOFA’s Dubai Festival – February 2025

From March 15 to 21, Dubai, UAE, was transformed into a hub of cultural celebration with the Dubai Culture Fest. This vibrant festival brought together talented performers from Georgia, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic, each showcasing the beauty and diversity of their traditional music and dance on the prestigious stage of Dubai Festival City. The highlight of the event was the spectacular festival evening on March 18, where the groups took part in a grand parade before captivating the audience with their dynamic performances. The night ended on a high note with a special awards ceremony, where participants were honored with certificates and commemorative gifts, recognizing their artistry and contribution to the festival’s unforgettable atmosphere. In addition to their performances, the participants had the opportunity to explore Dubai’s iconic attractions. They visited the Burj Khalifa, Miracle Garden, and Global Village, enjoyed a scenic Dubai Marina cruise, and experienced the thrill of a Desert Safari. Some groups also relaxed at JBR Beach, taking a swim in the warm waters of the Arabian Gulf. The artists immersed themselves in the beauty of Dubai, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
