The festival
The XXVII International Music & Dance Festival “MUSIC, DANCE AND SEA” takes place in Paralia, Katerini, Greece, from 2–6 September 2027.
This non-competitive event celebrates the cultural traditions of different countries, encourages friendship between participating groups and brings music and dance closer to local audiences through performances in public spaces.

- Single-room supplement: EUR 40 per person/day.
- Additional night with Half Board: EUR 39 per person/day.
- Tourist tax: EUR 2 per person/day, paid separately.
- Transfers from Thessaloniki Airport, approximately 75 km from Paralia, can be arranged at an additional cost. The price depends on the number of participants and is agreed separately.
Accommodation is provided in selected partner hotels and apartments in Paralia, subject to availability and group size. Possible properties include Xenia Zeus, Ifigenia, Katerina, To Limani and Bambus. Final hotel allocation depends on availability.
Accommodation is mainly in triple and quadruple rooms; double and single rooms are also available. Two double rooms are reserved for drivers and group leaders according to the organizer’s accommodation conditions.

- EUR 129 per person — 3 nights / 4 days.
- EUR 155 per person — 4 nights / 5 days.
- EUR 189 per person — 5 nights / 6 days.
Free Places
One participant stays free for every 24 paying participants: 24+1, 48+2.
Payment
A 10% guarantee fee is paid in advance and deducted from the final payment. After acceptance, deposit instructions are sent and the deposit must be paid within 10 days.

Participation
Who Can Participate
Children, youth and adult performers are welcome in folklore ensembles, choirs and vocal groups, art schools, majorette teams, orchestras and instrumental groups, ballroom dance teams, modern dance groups, soloists and other performing arts groups.
Group Conditions
- A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.
- Each group may have a maximum of 60 persons, including dancers, managers and musicians.
- Groups should submit a short CV and group photos.
- Each group should bring its national flag.
- Groups organize their own arrival and departure transportation.
Performance & Stage
- Ensembles should prepare at least 2 folk dances, totaling 15–20 minutes.
- Performances may be accompanied by an orchestra or USB playback.
- Choirs should prepare approximately 15 minutes of free program.
- The organizers provide the performance stage.
Excursions
The optional boat excursion includes lunch at Variko Beach with grilled fish, Greek salad and drinks.
