The XXV International Folklore Festival RIMINI FEST takes place from 20 to 23 May 2027 in Rimini, Italy. The event combines folklore performances and an international city parade with opportunities to meet groups from different cultures and discover nearby Italian destinations.

Participants stay in selected 3-star hotels in Rimini. Standard accommodation is mainly in triple and quadruple rooms; double rooms are also available. Half-board consists of breakfast and dinner.
First Hotel Category
Example hotels: Hotel Lily, Hotel Diamond, Hotel Crown, Hotel Stacolli, Hotel John, Hotel Ilde, Hotel Santiago, Hotel Elba, Hotel Vila Karin and Hotel Lexington.
Second Hotel Category
Example hotels: Hotel Christian, Hotel Faber, Hotel 2000, Hotel Madrid, Hotel Caraibi, Hotel Tamanco, Hotel Picador, Hotel Apis and La Torretta Bramante.
Booking & Payment Terms
Participation is confirmed after registration and agreement with the festival organizer.
The participation fee starts from €145 per person. Two price categories are offered depending on the selected 3-star hotel: €145 per person for the first hotel category and €155 per person for the second hotel category.

Participation
Participation is open to cultural and artistic ensembles from different countries. Places are limited.
Visa & Invitations
An invitation letter is included in the participation fee.
Performance & Stage
- Each ensemble should prepare a performance of approximately 10–15 minutes.
- Each ensemble must provide its own music, either through a live orchestra or a music CD / recorded music.
Excursions
Optional Tours
- San Marino: €20 per person, or €10 with your own bus.
- Venice: €25 per person, or €15 with your own bus.
- Bologna: €15 per person, or €10 with your own bus.
Excursion prices may vary depending on the number of interested participants.
