The festival

The XXI International Folklore Festival “Ethno Fest Belgrade” takes place from 16 to 19 April 2027 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Participants can share their traditions through performances and discover the Serbian capital, located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers.

Price includes

Accommodation is provided in selected 3-star hotels in Belgrade, in standard double and triple rooms. The meal plan is BB — Bed & Breakfast.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Guarantee fee: 10% in advance, deducted from the final payment.

  • Reservation fee: €20 per person, also deducted from the final payment.

Participation

Who Can Apply

  • Folk dance ensembles, choirs, vocal groups and musical orchestras.
  • All age groups are welcome.

What to Bring

  • National flag.
  • Board with the group name.

Transportation

Groups are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Belgrade.

Health Insurance

International health insurance is mandatory.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group will have one or two festival performances.
  • Performances may use a live orchestra or USB/CD playback.
  • No exact performance minute limit is specified. The performance duration and stage schedule will be confirmed by the organizers.

Excursions

The organizer can arrange optional sightseeing tours and guided excursions in Belgrade upon request. Specific excursion names and prices are not provided.

During free time, participants can explore the city’s historical landmarks, cultural attractions, nightlife, and the Sava and Danube river areas.
