The XX International Music & Dance Festival “Budva Golden Summer” 2027 celebrates the cultural traditions of different countries and creates international friendships through music and dance.

Arrival & Welcome Reception
8 July 2027: Arrival in Budva and hotel accommodation.

Not included
- Tourist tax and insurance: an additional €1.50 per person per day.
- Extended stays / additional nights: €36 per person per day.
- Additional double rooms: €10 per person per night.
- Bus parking is paid separately.
- Transfers from Tivat Airport or Podgorica Airport to Budva can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Medical and personal expenses are not covered by the festival organizers.
Accommodation is provided in selected hotels in Budva on a Half Board basis, with two meals per day.

Participation
Who Can Participate
- Folklore groups, choirs, orchestras, majorette teams, ballroom dance groups and modern dance ensembles are welcome.
- Children, youth and adult performers may participate.
- A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.
- Each group may include up to 80 members.
- Each group must bring its national flag.
- A short CV and 3 group photos are required.
- Groups are responsible for arranging their own arrival and departure transportation.
Health Insurance
Personal and health insurance are the responsibility of each participating group.
Performance & Stage
- Groups must prepare at least 2 dances or performances of approximately 10–15 minutes each.
- Live music, including a live orchestra, or USB playback is allowed.
- Performances take place in the Old Town of Budva. The booking terms state that a raised stage may not be permitted; the programme’s important note states that a stage is not allowed at this location.
