Standard accommodation is at Hotel Lobbo or similar hotels near Budva centre or Slovenska Plaza.

Other options mentioned include hotels in Bar, Hotel Lovćen in Sutomore and Hotel Costelo in Bar.

  • Standard rooms are triple or quadruple.
  • Leaders and drivers are accommodated in double rooms.

Booking & Payment Terms

Extra nights with half board are available in Budva, Bar or Sutomore for €39 per person per day.

Travel & Logistics

Groups must arrange their own arrival and departure transport. For groups arriving by plane, transfers can be arranged from Tivat Airport or Podgorica Airport.

Participation

Eligible participants

There is no age restriction.

Group limits

  • A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.
  • Each group may have a maximum of 50 members, including dancers, managers and musicians.

Materials to provide

  • A short CV
  • 2–3 photos
  • A national flag

Performance & Stage

  • Each ensemble should prepare at least 2 dances.
  • The total performance programme is 15 minutes.
  • Music may be provided by an orchestra or on USB.
  • Due to the location, a stage is not allowed.

Excursions

Optional sightseeing and excursions are arranged upon arrival. The destinations and trips are listed in the daily programme.
