The festival

The XX International Festival “Adriatic Pearl” takes place in Budva, Montenegro, from 30 May to 4 June 2027.

Budva’s historic Old Town, Venetian walls, sandy beaches and lively coastal atmosphere provide a memorable setting for the festival.

Arrival & Leaders’ Meeting

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • One complimentary participant for every 30 paying participants.
  • Two complimentary double rooms per group for leaders or drivers.
  • Certificates / diplomas.
  • Organizational support.
  • Parade.
  • Scheduled concert events.

Not included

  • Transport to Budva: groups must make their own arrangements.
  • Airport transfers, which can be organized at additional cost.
  • Double-room surcharge: EUR 3 per person per night.
  • Single room: EUR 55 per person per night.
  • Tourist tax and insurance: EUR 1.50 per person per day for adults, EUR 1.00 per person per day for children aged 12–18, and EUR 0.50 per person per day for children under 12.
  • Extra nights: EUR 45 per person.
  • Bus parking at a special group rate of EUR 200 for 5 days.

Accommodation is provided at Hotel Slovenska Plaza 4★ in Budva on a Half Board basis.

Booking & Payment Terms

The festival accommodation package costs EUR 249 per person for 5 nights.

Payment Schedule

  • 30% with application.
  • 40% 90 days before the festival.
  • 30% 10 days before the festival; the booking terms also describe this deadline as 10 days before arrival.

Payment is by bank transfer or cash on arrival.

Advance payments become non-refundable after the participant list deadline.

Participation

Who Can Participate

Participation is open to children’s, youth and adult folk ensembles, choirs, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups and majorette teams.

  • Each group must bring its national flag.
  • The final participant list must be submitted at least 30 days before the festival.

Travel Insurance

Every participant must have valid travel insurance.

Performance & Stage

  • Performance duration must be agreed with the organizers.
  • Groups must send their music by email at least 30 days before the festival.

Excursions

Optional Excursions

  • Budva Guided Tour: Explore the historic Old Town, Venetian walls and main cultural landmarks.
  • Kotor Bay Boat Tour: Enjoy a scenic boat ride through the Bay of Kotor.
  • Kotor: Visit one of Montenegro’s best-known historic coastal towns.
  • Dubrovnik: Full-day excursion to Dubrovnik, Croatia.
