  • Tourist tax: €2 per person per day, applicable only to participants older than 18.

  • Refundable hotel deposit: €20–€30 per person, depending on the hotel; this may be required.
  • Double-room supplement: €7 per person per night, depending on the hotel.
  • Extra nights: from €55 per person per night, based on a triple or quadruple room and depending on the hotel.

Accommodation is in selected 4-star hotels in Prague: Olympik Congress Hotel, Top Hotel.

Standard accommodation is mainly in triple and quadruple rooms.

A 10% guarantee fee is payable in advance and deducted from the final payment.

Participation

Invitations

An official invitation letter is provided as part of the participation package.

Performance & Stage

  • Each ensemble must prepare a performance programme of approximately 5–15 minutes.
  • Groups must provide their own music, either with their own live orchestra or on USB.
  • The organizers will confirm the final stage order and sound-check schedule.

  • Karlovy Vary: €35 per person
