Metro, tram, buses, taxis and marine transport form the RTA network; nol is used on several public modes.
Practical notes
DXB and DWC are separate airports. Allow time for road transfers and confirm luggage rules and terminal access before using public transport.

Participation
Who Can Participate
Children, youth and adults are welcome in the following categories:
- Folk dance groups
- Traditional and modern dance groups
- Choirs
- Orchestras
- Brass bands
- Majorette teams
- Instrumental groups
- Vocal groups
- Soloists
- Art schools
- Other performing arts groups
Participation Conditions
- The festival is non-competitive.
- A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.
- Each group may include a maximum of 50 persons, including dancers, musicians, managers and family members.
- Groups must submit a short English CV, 5 group photos and a video-performance link.
- Groups should bring their national flag.
- Groups must arrange their own international arrival and departure transportation.
Health Insurance & Medical Conditions
Personal responsibility and health insurance are the responsibility of participating groups. First Aid and hospital facilities are available.
Performance & Stage
- Each group should prepare a program of approximately 15 minutes.
- Choirs and orchestras should also prepare approximately 15 minutes of free program.
- Performances may be live or use USB playback.
