The festival

The XV International Music & Dance Festival “Eye of Dubai” 2026 takes place from 17 to 23 December 2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This non-competitive international event presents the cultural traditions of different countries through music and dance, giving participants the opportunity to perform, meet groups from around the world and experience Dubai.

Price includes

  • One complimentary place for every 35 paying participants.

Not included

  • Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per day.
  • Optional open-buffet dinner: €20 per person.
  • Double-room supplement: €15 per person per night.

Accommodation is provided in selected 4-star hotels in Dubai, including MD Hotel Al Barsha and Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha.

Standard accommodation is in triple rooms and quadruple apartments, with Bed & Breakfast packages available.

  • 4 nights / 5 days: €196 per person.
  • 5 nights / 6 days: €249 per person.
  • Extra nights: €49 per person per night with breakfast in a 4-star hotel, based on triple-room accommodation.

Participation

Who Can Participate

Children, youth and adult performers from different artistic disciplines are welcome, including folklore ensembles, traditional and modern dance groups, brass bands, orchestras, choirs, majorette teams, vocal and instrumental groups, art schools and soloists.

  • A maximum of 3 groups from each country may participate.
  • Each group may include up to 50 members.
  • Groups must submit a short CV in English, 3 group photos and a video performance link.
  • Each group should bring its national flag.
  • Groups must arrange their own arrival and departure transportation.

Visa & Invitations

The source page states that members of EU countries do not need a visa for Dubai.

Health Insurance

Personal and health insurance are the responsibility of the participating groups. First Aid and hospital services are available, but the group must cover medical costs.

Performance & Stage

  • Dance and music groups should prepare a 15-minute programme.
  • Choirs should prepare a 12-minute programme.
  • Live performance or USB playback is allowed.
