The festival
The XV International Music & Dance Festival “Dubai Oasis Festival” takes place from 11 to 17 November 2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This non-competitive international event presents the cultural traditions of different countries through music and dance, creating opportunities for participants to meet, exchange experiences and build international friendships.

Accommodation is provided in selected 4-star hotels in Dubai, including MD Hotel Al Barsha and Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha.
Standard accommodation is mainly in triple rooms and quadruple apartments. Double rooms are also available.

Participation
Who Can Participate
Children, youth and adult groups are welcome. Eligible participants include folk ensembles, choirs, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools, instrumental groups, soloists and performers from other artistic disciplines.
- A maximum of 3 groups from each country may participate.
- Each group may include up to 50 members, including performers, managers or leaders, musicians and accompanying family members.
- Each group must submit a short CV in English, 5 group photos and a video performance link.
- Each group should bring its national flag.
Visa & Invitations
The official listing states that EU country members do not need a visa for Dubai.
Health Insurance
Personal and health insurance are the responsibility of each participating group. First Aid and hospital services are available, but all medical expenses must be covered by the group.
Performance & Stage
- Groups should prepare a 12–15 minute performance programme.
- Choirs should prepare a 12-minute free programme.
- Performances may use live music or playback from USB.
