Price includes

  • Hotel accommodation with breakfast, as described in the accommodation section.
  • Special diplomas; all participants receive a diploma and medal, and groups and individual performers also receive festival diplomas, medals and trophies.
  • Certificates of appreciation for group leaders and sponsors.
  • Assistance from a MAGIC GROUP – ART FEST representative.
  • 1 free participant for every 25 paying participants.

  • Festival fee / Main Nomination fee, per person: large groups of 25+ participants — €20; medium groups of 10–25 — €25; small groups of 6–10 — €30; quartets / quintets — €35; duets / trios — €40; soloists — €50.
  • Hotel–concert hall–hotel transfers, available on request.
  • Airport–hotel–airport transfers, available on request.
  • Railway station and bus station transfers, available on request.

The stay is 3 nights / 4 days in a 4-star hotel in Tbilisi, with BB (breakfast). Standard rooms have triple or quadruple occupancy; double and single occupancy are also available.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Early check-in from 06:00–12:00: an additional 50% of the daily room rate; from 00:00–06:00: an additional 100%.

  • Late check-out from 12:00–18:00: an additional 50% of the daily room rate; from 18:00–00:00: an additional 100%.

Visa & Invitations

An official invitation is included in the package.

Performance & Stage

  • Groups of 10+ participants: up to 2 performances, each up to 5–6 minutes.
  • Small groups of 6–10 participants: 1 performance of up to 3–4 minutes.
  • Quintets, quartets, trios, duets and soloists: 1 performance of up to 3–4 minutes.
  • Backing tracks must be sent to the organizer in advance. Groups must also bring copies on USB.

Excursions

Optional sightseeing tours of Tbilisi and Mtskheta are available, with other excursions on request.
