The festival

The XV International Dance & Music Festival “Vienna Festival Days” takes place from 11 to 14 March 2027 in Vienna, Austria.

With its imperial architecture and rich musical heritage, the city offers a memorable setting for festival performances, sightseeing and cultural experiences.

Price includes

  • Breakfast with standard accommodation packages.
  • One complimentary place for every 25 participants.
  • Stage for performances.

Not included

  • Transport to and from Vienna, which is the responsibility of each group.
  • Tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person per day.
  • Optional excursions; costs are available on request.
  • Optional airport and local transfers, available at additional cost.
  • Medical services, which are not covered by the festival.

Accommodation is available in selected hostels, B&B hotels and 4-star hotels in Vienna, including selected central hotel options.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Hostel accommodation starts at EUR 149 per person for 3 nights.
  • B&B Hotel accommodation costs EUR 135 per person for 2 nights or EUR 183 per person for 3 nights.
  • At B&B Hotel, an additional night costs EUR 62 per person.
  • The B&B Hotel single-room supplement is EUR 30; the double-room supplement is EUR 12 per person.
  • Prices for selected central B&B and 4-star hotels are available on request.

Participation

  • Open to folk ensembles, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups and majorette teams.
  • Children, youth and adult groups are welcome.
  • A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.
  • Family members may participate at the same participation fee.
  • Choirs may present a free-style programme.
  • Groups must submit a short CV, 4 photos and a national flag.

Personal & Health Insurance

Participants must have personal and health insurance.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group must prepare a performance lasting 12–15 minutes.
  • Live music or USB playback is allowed.

Optional activities and sightseeing opportunities include:

  • Guided Vienna city tour.
  • Hofburg Palace.
  • Schloss Belvedere.
  • Schönbrunn Palace.
  • Ringstrasse.
  • Vienna coffee-house culture.
  • Shopping.
  • Medieval castle visit.
