Overview

The festival

XIV International Music & Dance Festival “DUBAI CULTURE FEST” takes place in Dubai, UAE, from 5–11 February 2027 and welcomes folk ensembles, choirs, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools and other performing arts groups.

The festival is non-competitive and is designed to bring together performers from different countries for cultural exchange, international friendship and stage performances in one of the world’s most exciting destinations.

Program

Festival program

Day 1 – 5 February 2027 | Arrival in Dubai
13:00 – Arrival in Dubai, hotel accommodation and free time / beach time.
21:00 – Meeting with the festival representative.

Day 2 – 6 February 2027 | Dubai Sightseeing
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–18:00 – Optional Dubai sightseeing tour.
21:00 – Free time in Dubai.

Day 3 – 7 February 2027 | Beach / Gardens / Desert Safari
09:00–10:00 – Buffet breakfast.
10:30–16:00 – Beach time or optional visit to Miracle Garden / Butterfly Garden, or free time at Dubai Mall and the fountains.
14:30–22:00 – Optional Dubai Desert Safari with dinner and show program.

Day 4 – 8 February 2027 | Festival Evening
09:00–10:00 – Buffet breakfast.
10:30–17:00 – Optional excursion or free time.
18:00–21:00 – Festival Evening. Each group presents an approximately 15-minute program, with music live or via USB. Certificates and gifts are presented to participating groups.

Day 5 – 9 February 2027 | Traditional Dubai & Party
09:00–11:00 – Buffet breakfast.
10:30–18:00 – Visit to the traditional market in Old Dubai, or optional visits to attractions such as Ain Dubai, Madame Tussauds and Dubai Frame.
18:00–21:00 – Party.

Day 6 – 10 February 2027 | Departure / Optional Extended Stay
09:00–11:00 – Buffet breakfast.
10:00 – Departure for groups completing the standard program.

For groups staying longer:
10:00–18:00 – JBR Beach or optional excursion to Abu Dhabi.
21:00–00:00 – Free time at the musical fountains.

Day 7 – 11 February 2027 | Optional Extended Program
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–18:00 – JBR Beach or optional excursion to Sharjah.
21:00–00:00 – Free time at the musical fountains.

Participation

FESTIVAL PACKAGES

  • €196 per person — 4 nights / 5 days, Bed & Breakfast

  • €249 per person — 5 nights / 6 days, Bed & Breakfast

  • Accommodation in selected 4★ hotels

GENERAL PARTICIPATION RULES

  • The festival is non-competitive

  • Maximum 3 groups per country

  • Maximum 50 persons per group

  • Each group should prepare a performance of approximately 15 minutes

  • Performances may be live or with recorded music / USB

  • Choirs and orchestras should also prepare approximately 15 minutes of free program

  • Groups should submit a short English CV, group photos and a video-performance link

  • Groups should bring their national flag

FREE PLACES

  • 35+1 — one free place for every 35 participants

Excursions

Participants can combine the festival with optional sightseeing and entertainment activities in Dubai.

Possible optional activities include:

  • Dubai Marina Dinner Cruise

  • Miracle Garden
