Booking & Payment Terms
To participate in the festival, groups must complete the official festival application and return it to the organizer.
After the application has been accepted, the group will receive the necessary accommodation and payment information. An advance payment of €1,000 per group is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance of the package is paid in cash upon arrival.
Please note that Hotel Sea Grace and Hotel Camelot have been undergoing renovation. According to the organizer, both hotels have been largely renovated, while a small remaining part is expected to be completed before the beginning of the 2027 festival season. Participating groups should take this information into consideration when confirming their accommodation.
Groups traveling by plane to Burgas Airport may arrange local transportation for the group during their festival stay at an additional agreed price.
