Practical notes

Approach via AP-7, C-32 and connecting coastal roads. Confirm coach terminal, parking and accommodation drop-off; coastal boats can be seasonal.

No age or gender restrictions are stated.

Group Limits

  • A maximum of 3 groups per country.
  • Up to 70 members per group, including performers, managers, musicians and family members.

Required Materials

Each group must bring its national flag and submit a short CV, 5 photos and a video link.

Performance & Stage

  • Folklore ensembles must present at least 2 dances, each lasting 10–15 minutes, with orchestra or USB accompaniment.
  • Choirs may present a free programme of approximately 15 minutes.
