The festival

The XII International Music and Dance Festival SUMMER AT LAKE BALATON takes place from 24 to 27 July 2027 in Balatonföldvár, Hungary, welcoming groups from around the world.

Located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, Balatonföldvár is one of Hungary’s most popular summer destinations, with lakeside scenery, parks, promenades, beaches and a lively summer atmosphere.

Practical notes

Road 71 follows the northern shore; road 73 connects toward Veszprém. Check lake-boat operation for your travel dates.

Participation

The festival welcomes folklore ensembles, orchestras, choirs, majorette groups, modern dance teams and music bands.

There are no age limits or restrictions on group size.
