The XI International Music and Dance Festival KRAKOW SUMMER FEST takes place from 6 to 9 August 2027 in Kraków, Poland.

Poland’s former royal capital offers a distinctive setting where history, art and contemporary cultural life come together for an international celebration of music and dance.

Arrival & Welcome Evening

    Free evening, with the option to explore the Vistula River promenade and enjoy views of Wawel Castle and the Old Town.

  • Hotel City SM Business & Spa — 3★: triple or quadruple rooms; double rooms are available with a supplement.
  • Premier Krakow Hotel — 4★: twin or triple rooms; a single-room supplement applies.

Participation is confirmed after registration and agreement with the festival organizer. Places are limited, so early registration is recommended.

The festival package starts from €179 per person, depending on the selected accommodation category.

  • Zaczek Hotel: €189 per person. Double-room supplement: €5 per person per day. Single-room supplement: €15 per person per day.

Rules, excursions & practical details

Participation

Folklore ensembles, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs and music bands from around the world are welcome.

There are no age limits or restrictions on group size.

Performance & Stage

  • Choirs and musical ensembles should be prepared to perform on open-air stages.

Excursions

The sightseeing and river trip listed in the program are recommendations only. They are not organized or booked by the festival organizers. Participating groups are responsible for arranging their own transportation, tickets and related expenses.
