The festival

The XI International Folklore Festival “Budapest Fest” takes place from 27 to 29 November 2026 in Budapest, Hungary.

This three-day celebration brings together folklore ensembles for cultural performances, with opportunities to explore the city and Hungary’s famous cultural destinations.

Not included

Transportation to and from Budapest: participating groups must arrange and cover their own transportation.
Optional excursions, which are paid separately.

Accommodation is provided in selected 3-star hotels in Budapest: EAST City Hotel Budapest and B&B Hotel Budapest City.

The stay is 2 nights / 3 days on a BB – Bed & Breakfast basis. Standard accommodation is in triple and quadruple rooms.

Booking & Payment Terms

Package Rates & Supplements

EAST City Hotel Budapest: €115 per person for the standard stay.
B&B Hotel Budapest City: €125 per person for the standard stay.
Double-room supplement: €5 per person per night.
Additional nights: from €45 per person per night; the exact rate depends on the hotel and selected services.
Tourist tax is not specified on the official festival page.

Advance Guarantee Fee

A 10% guarantee fee is payable in advance and deducted from the final payment.
