XI International Festival “Venice Festival Days” 2027

Held in Lido di Jesolo and Venice, Italy, the festival combines an international festival evening with opportunities to enjoy the coast and explore the area.

Not included

  • Arrival and departure transportation: groups arrange their own transportation.
  • Airport-to-hotel bus transfers for groups arriving by plane can be arranged by the organizers upon request at an additional cost.
  • Tourist tax: €2 per person per day, payable additionally.
  • Additional lunch: €8–€10 per person per day.

Hotel examples listed are:
Hotel Rosmary, Tipo, Mazzini, Aldebaran, Apollo, Grifone and Da Bepi.

Standard accommodation is in triple or quadruple rooms. The meal plan provides 2 meals per day: breakfast and dinner.

Participation

Who can participate

  • Folklore ensembles, choirs, orchestras, brass bands, modern dance groups, majorette teams and other performers.
  • Maximum 3 groups per country.
  • Approximately 20–60 members per group.
  • Maximum total capacity: around 400 participants across 10–12 groups.

Application & preparation

  • Groups should send a short CV and 2–3 photos.
  • Each group should bring its national flag.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group should prepare a programme of approximately 12 minutes.
  • Folklore ensembles should present at least 2 dances.
  • Live orchestra accompaniment or USB playback is allowed.
  • Festival performances take place in the evening, leaving daytime available for sightseeing and beach activities.

Excursions

Optional Venice sightseeing

Sights include St. Mark’s Square, St. Mark’s Basilica, Bell Tower, Clock Tower, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs, Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge.

Optional Murano & Burano boat tour

A boat excursion to the famous Venetian islands.

Beach time

Enjoy free time on the beach in Lido di Jesolo.
