Participation
The festival is open to participants aged 8 years and above. Groups may present performances of 5, 10, or 15 minutes, and music may be performed live or played from CD or USB. The festival welcomes folk dance groups, modern dance groups, classical dance groups, country dance groups, folk music groups, choirs, classical music groups, instrumental music groups, brass bands, country music groups, street theatre groups, rhythm groups, mime groups, acrobatic groups, majorette groups, flag groups, and vocal groups. Participating groups must consist of at least 5 people.
The accommodation package is €260 per person for 4 nights / 5 days and includes accommodation in rooms for 2–3 persons, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are served as buffet meals at the hotel and, depending on the performance schedule, may also be provided as packed meals. There are no complimentary places, regardless of group size.
Airport transfers are available only from Dalaman Airport. The round-trip transfer price is €35 per person for groups of 42 people, €40 per person for groups of 30 people, €45 per person for groups of 20 people, and €50 per person for groups of 10 people.
For competition participants, the evaluation fee is €60 per participant for soloists, €50 per participant for duets, €40 per participant for trios, and €25 per participant for group performances.
