X Istanbul International Children’s Performing Arts Festival 2027
Held in Istanbul, Türkiye, the festival brings young performers together in a city where Europe and Asia meet.
Surrounded by the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara and divided by the famous Bosphorus Strait, Istanbul is known for its museums, historic landmarks, shopping areas, and vibrant cultural life.

Not included
- Optional lunch pack: €20 per person, per day.
- Airport transfers: round-trip rates are €35 per person for 42 people, €40 per person for 30 people, €45 per person for 20 people, and €50 per person for 10 people.
- For groups arriving by plane, ground transportation for airport transfers, excursion transfers, and transfers to the performance area can be arranged at the group’s expense.
- Groups are responsible for transportation to and from festival venues and excursion locations unless additional transportation has been arranged.
- Fuel costs for group buses.
- Competition evaluation fees: €60 per participant for soloists, €50 per participant for duets, €40 per participant for trios, and €25 per participant for group performances.
- Optional guided Istanbul tour: €35 per person, including guide service and transfers.
- Optional Bosphorus boat trip: €35 per person, as stated in the document’s 2027 English section.
- Special tours and additional trips or excursions in Istanbul are not included in the standard festival package.
- Medical and hospital expenses incurred during the festival period.
Accommodation is in a 3-star hotel, in rooms with 2–3 beds, each with a private toilet and shower.
Booking & Payment Terms
- The festival package costs €260 per person for 4 nights / 5 days.
- An additional day costs €60 per person.
- For groups of more than 30 people, 1 leader or driver is free of charge.
- For groups of 45 people or more, 2 leaders or drivers are free of charge.
- A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to confirm the hotel reservation.

Participation
Who Can Participate
Participants must be aged 8 years or above. Singing ensembles, majorette groups, choirs, folk dance groups, and modern dance groups are welcome.
Groups must submit photos with their application.
Health Insurance
All participating groups must arrange valid medical insurance before arriving at the festival. Ambulance assistance will be provided in emergency situations.
Performance & Stage
- Each group may present a performance of 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
- Music may be performed live or played from recorded media.
Excursions
Participants have the opportunity to discover Istanbul’s cultural and historical attractions on an optional guided tour. Planned sightseeing includes the historic Byzantine district, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and Grand Bazaar.
A special Bosphorus boat trip is also available for groups wishing to participate.
