The festival

The X International Music & Dance Festival “Thailand Days” takes place from 8 to 13 February 2027 in Bangkok, Thailand.

The festival combines international performances with cultural exchange, sightseeing, social activities and optional excursions.

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • 5 nights of accommodation.
  • Half Board: breakfast and dinner, served as an open buffet.
  • Airport pick-up and return transfer, as listed in the package; see the transportation clarification below.
  • Hotel-to-festival venue transfer, as listed in the package; final conditions require confirmation.
  • Festival participation.
  • Certificates.
  • Gifts for each group.
  • Parade participation.
  • Social party.
  • 1 complimentary place for every 25 paying participants.

Not included

  • International arrival and departure travel, which groups must arrange themselves.
  • Medical services, if required, are paid by the group.
  • The source also states that airport-transfer costs are covered by the group and agreed according to group size, contradicting the package inclusion. Any additional transportation costs must be confirmed.

Accommodation is provided at Bay Hotel Srinakarin, 4-star, in standard triple rooms.

Extra-night accommodation is based on a triple room in a 4-star hotel with Half Board.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 10% advance guarantee fee is required and deducted from the final payment.

Rules, excursions & practical details

Participation

  • Children, youth and adult groups are welcome.
  • A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.
  • Submit a short CV in English, 3 group photos and a video performance link.
  • Each group should bring its national flag.
  • Festival places are limited.

Health Insurance

Groups are responsible for their own personal and health insurance.

Performance & Stage

  • Groups may have a maximum of 40 members, including dancers, managers, musicians and family members.
  • Ensembles should prepare a performance programme of around 15 minutes.
  • Choirs and orchestras should prepare a performance programme of around 12 minutes.
  • Live performance or USB playback is allowed.

Excursions

Bangkok sightseeing is an optional programme activity. The Coral Island / Pattaya trip and additional excursions are also optional.

Optional Phuket Extension

For groups extending their stay, the Phuket option comprises a domestic flight to Phuket, hotel accommodation, sightseeing or an excursion, dinner, and a next-day transfer to Phuket Airport with a connection back to Bangkok. Price on request.
