The festival

X International Festival-Competition “Marathon of Talents in Europe”

The festival takes place in Blanes on the Costa Brava, Spain, from 27–31 March 2027.

An international meeting point for creativity and the performing arts, it connects artists from different cultures, encourages international cooperation, showcases artistic achievements and promotes tolerance through cultural exchange.

Organized by Monolit Festivals S.L., with support from the local authorities of Lloret de Mar and other cultural institutions.

Price includes

  • 5 days / 4 nights accommodation in the selected hotel.
  • 2 meals per day: breakfast and dinner.

  • Additional participation fee for a soloist: EUR 65.
  • Additional participation fee for a duet or small group of 3–5 persons: EUR 35 per person.
  • Additional competition category: EUR 15 per person.

Accommodation is in selected 3★ or 4★ hotels, located in or near the city centre and close to the beach.

Hotels are approximately 60 km from Barcelona Airport and 35 km from Girona Airport.

Booking & Payment Terms

The festival may be cancelled up to 30 days before the festival week if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In that case, already-paid festival contributions are refunded.

Participation

The festival welcomes children, youth and adults, with no general age limit.

Application & Responsibilities

  • Complete the official competition application form and submit it to the organizer.
  • Provide all organizational information requested by the festival.
  • Group leaders are responsible for their participants during festival activities and free time.
  • The organizer reserves the right to use and distribute audio, video and other material produced during the competition.

Visa & Invitations

An official invitation is included in the standard festival package.

Performance & Stage

  • For the competition, prepare 2 performances, each lasting a maximum of 4 minutes.
  • Submit required background music before the festival and competition.
  • For the Gala Concert, prepare 1 performance; it may be the same as a competition performance or a different one.
  • Theatre groups, musicals and mixed theatre/music productions may submit one performance lasting 20–25 minutes.
  • Live accompaniment is allowed.
