X INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF DANCE & MUSIC "ATAŞEHİR" 2027
The festival takes place from 26 to 30 June 2027 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Bounded by the Black Sea to the north and the Sea of Marmara to the south, Istanbul spans two continents. Its western half lies in Europe and its eastern half in Asia, with the Bosphorus Strait between them.
With its rich history, impressive museums, cultural landmarks, shopping areas and vibrant social life, the city offers a unique setting for an international celebration of dance and music. Join us for an unforgettable festival experience and discover the magic of Istanbul and the Bosphorus.

Not included
- Optional lunch pack: €20 per person, per day.
- Additional night: €60 per person.
- Competition evaluation fees: solo — €60 per participant; duet — €50 per participant; trio — €40 per participant; group performance — €25 per participant.
- Optional guided Istanbul city tour: €35 per person, including guide service and transfers.
- Optional Bosphorus boat tour: €35 per person.
- Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from festival venues and excursion locations.
- Fuel costs for group buses are not covered.
- For groups arriving by plane, ground transportation throughout the festival can be arranged and is paid separately by the group.
- Round-trip airport transfers: 42 people — €35 per person; 30 people — €40 per person; 20 people — €45 per person; 10 people — €50 per person.
- Special tours and additional excursions in Istanbul are not included in the standard participation package unless otherwise stated.
Accommodation is in a 3-star hotel, in rooms with 2–3 beds. Each room has a private toilet and shower.
Booking & Payment Terms
- The participation fee is €260 per person for the entire festival duration of 4 nights / 5 days.
- For groups of more than 30 participants, 1 group leader or driver is free of charge.
- For groups of 45 participants or more, 2 group leaders or drivers are free of charge.
- A deposit of 20% of the total participation fee is required to confirm the hotel reservation.
- Transportation fees must be paid at the beginning of the festival.

Participation
Dancers aged 8 years and above are welcome.
The festival is open to:
- Folk dance groups
- Modern dance groups
- Singing ensembles
- Choirs
- Majorette groups
Groups must submit group photos as part of the application process.
Health Insurance
All participating groups must arrange valid medical insurance before arrival. The organizers are not responsible for medical or hospital expenses incurred during the festival. Ambulance assistance will be provided in an emergency.
Performance & Stage
- Each group may present a performance lasting 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
- Performances may use live or recorded music.
Excursions
Participants can discover Istanbul’s famous landmarks and cultural attractions through the optional guided city tour and the planned sightseeing activities below. The excursion program is subject to change.
