Accommodation is available in selected 3-star B&B hotels and a 4-star Pyramida Hotel in Vienna. Standard accommodation is provided in multi-bed rooms. Packages include breakfast. Dinner can be added for €25 per person in the 3★ hotels and €35 per person in the 4★ hotel. Double rooms are available with a supplement, but the exact amount is not specified. Extended stays may be arranged on request.

Booking & Payment Terms

A 10% guarantee fee must be paid in advance and is deducted from the final payment.

If maximum capacity is reached during the first application period, a second application period will not be opened.

Participation

Application & Participation Conditions

  • No age restrictions apply.
  • Groups must submit an application form, a short group description and a group photo.
  • Groups organize their own transport to Vienna.
  • At least 100 registered participants are required for the festival to take place.
  • The maximum festival capacity is 400 participants.
  • If applications exceed capacity, the organizing committee may make the final selection.
  • The organizer reserves the right to use festival photographs for promotional purposes.

Health & Personal Insurance

Participating groups must arrange their own health and personal insurance.

Performance & Stage

  • Each participating group is expected to prepare approximately 12 minutes of performance program.
