The festival

The VI. International Folk & Art Festival TUSCANY FEST takes place from 2 to 5 July 2027 in Montecatini Terme, Italy.

Set in the heart of Tuscany, this beautiful spa town combines a historic atmosphere and thermal traditions with convenient access to famous Tuscan cities. It is an ideal setting for groups wishing to combine music, dance, art and travel, meet artists from different countries and experience the unique atmosphere of Tuscany.

Stay & prices

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • Participation in the official festival concert and international festival programme.
  • Hotel accommodation with half-board: extended continental breakfast and a three-course dinner.
  • Diplomas and commemorative gifts.
  • Full festival organization and assistance.

Not included

  • Transportation. Groups must arrange their own travel to and from the festival and for independent excursions.
  • Tourist tax of €2 per person per day, payable on site.
  • Optional excursions and sightseeing, including entrance tickets and other related expenses.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Health insurance.

Participants stay in comfortable 3-star hotel accommodation in Montecatini Terme. Standard accommodation is in triple rooms, and air conditioning is available in all hotels.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • The festival package costs €209 per person.
  • Participation is confirmed after registration and agreement with the festival organizer.
  • Groups of 25 or more participants receive one free place, accommodated in a double room.
  • Extra night: €69 per person per day.
  • Double-room supplement: €8 per person per day.
  • Single-room supplement: €20 per person per day.
  • Festival capacity is limited, so early registration is recommended.

Rules, excursions & practical details

Participation

The festival welcomes folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance ensembles, choirs and music bands from around the world. There is no age limit or restriction on the number of participants.

Travel & Health Insurance

Each participating group is responsible for arranging its own travel and health insurance.

Excursions

Groups may independently explore Tuscany during their stay. All excursions and sightseeing activities are optional; the festival organizers do not organize or book them. Recommended independent visits are listed in the daily programme.
