The IX International Dance Festival & Competition “Troia Dance” takes place from 7 to 11 July 2027 in Çanakkale, Türkiye.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • An advance deposit of €2,000 is required to confirm participation.
  • The deposit is non-refundable if the group cancels its participation.
  • The application and deposit deadline is 15 March 2027.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel, according to prior agreement.

Application materials

Groups must submit:

  • A completed application form.
  • At least 6 digital photographs.
  • A short description of the group.
  • Videos or links to performances.
  • A description of the performances.

Items to bring

  • The national flag of the group's country.
  • 4 gifts for cultural exchange.

Health insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging valid international health insurance.

Performance & Stage

  • Each group must prepare at least 2 different performances.
  • Each programme should last approximately 8–10 minutes.
  • Live music is preferred, but recorded music is also accepted.
  • There is no stated limit on the number of participants.
  • Stage dimensions and detailed technical specifications have not been provided.
