The festival
The XIII International Music & Dance Festival “DUBAI FESTIVAL DAYS” takes place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 11–17 February 2027.
This non-competitive festival presents the cultural traditions of different countries, creates friendships between participants and brings music and dance closer to audiences in Dubai.

Participation
Who Can Participate
- Folk dance ensembles and traditional or modern dance groups
- Choirs, orchestras and brass bands
- Majorette teams
- Instrumental and vocal groups
- Soloists, art schools and other performing arts groups
Group Requirements
- A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.
- Each group may have a maximum of 50 participants, including dancers, musicians, managers and family members.
- Groups must submit a short CV in English, 5 photos and a video-performance link.
- Each group should bring its national flag.
- Groups are responsible for arranging their own arrival and departure transport.
Health & Travel Insurance
Personal health and travel insurance is not included in the package.
Performance & Stage
- The organizer provides the performance stage.
- The general participation rules ask groups to prepare approximately 15 minutes of program; choirs and orchestras should prepare approximately 15 minutes of free program.
- The general rules allow live music or music on USB.
- The Festival Evening schedule specifies a 10–12 minute program per group, with music on USB.
