The festival

The III International Music & Dance Festival “VIENNA CULTURAL RHYTHMS” 2027 takes place in Vienna, Austria.

Participants can present their choreographies, meet groups from other countries and experience Vienna’s rich cultural and artistic heritage.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Pricing is based on a package per person.
  • A 10% guarantee fee is paid in advance and deducted from the final payment.
  • After choreography review, groups have 48 hours to confirm participation.
  • After confirmation, the corresponding choreography fees must be paid in full.

Getting around

Wiener Linien operates U-Bahn, trams and buses; suburban trains extend coverage.

Practical notes

The airport is outside Vienna’s core ticket zone; check airport fare validity rather than assuming a city pass covers it. Arrange designated coach loading and parking.

Groups must submit their choreographies in advance for review by the organizer.

Visa & Invitations

An invitation letter is included in the package.

Performance & Stage

  • Festival performances take place at the Pyramida Event Center / Eventhotel Pyramide.
  • Each group must provide the appropriate music file in MP3 format for every registered choreography.
