The festival

The III international Music & Dance Festival “Jordan Fest” takes place from 6 to 11 April 2027 in Aqaba, Jordan, combining international performances with a relaxed seaside atmosphere.

Organized by Z.S. in cooperation with WOFA – World Festival Association.

Arrival

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • 3★ hotel accommodation.
  • Breakfast.
  • Festival participation.
  • Free airport transfers from Aqaba International Airport or Amman International Airport to the hotel and back, provided by the festival organizers.
  • Festival organization.
  • A souvenir for each group.
  • Certificates.
  • Festival guide.
  • Photo and video documentation.
  • One free place for every 25th member.

Not included

  • Double-room supplement: EUR 10 per person per day.
  • Optional dinner supplement: EUR 19 per person per day.
  • Extra night on a BB basis: EUR 39 per person per day.

Hotels include Dweik II, Dweik III or similar. Standard accommodation is in triple rooms.

The standard meal plan is BB — Bed & Breakfast. Optional dinner can be added for a half-board-style arrangement.

A 4★ hotel is available upon request.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Package 1: EUR 151 per person for 4 nights.
  • Package 2: EUR 190 per person for 5 nights.
  • No fixed price is provided for the 4★ hotel option.
  • A 10% guarantee fee is payable in advance and deducted from the final payment.

Rules, excursions & practical details

Participation

Children, youth and adult groups are welcome, including folklore ensembles, choirs, majorette teams, orchestras, bands, art schools and modern dance groups.

  • A short CV and group photos are required.
  • Each group should bring its national flag.

Performance & Stage

  • Maximum group size: 50 members.
  • Folk groups should prepare at least two dances/performances of approximately 10–15 minutes each.
  • Choirs should prepare an approximately 15-minute programme.
  • Performances are organized in the evening, leaving daytime free for excursions and beach activities.
  • The organizers will confirm the final performance schedule and stage order.

Excursions

  • Petra — optional: visit to one of Jordan’s most famous archaeological sites.
  • Dead Sea — optional: excursion with leisure time.
  • Red Sea / beach time: seaside activities in Aqaba form part of the free programme.

The festival organizes transportation for optional excursions; excursion prices are not provided in the source.
