The festival
The III International Choral Festival “Saranda Golden Voices” takes place from 14 to 18 October 2027 in Saranda, Albania.
The festival brings music closer to the public through open-air performances in streets and public spaces, bringing together singers from different countries.
Organized by Z.S. in cooperation with WOFA – World Festival Association.

- Arrival and departure transportation: groups must arrange their own.
- Albanian tourist tax: EUR 3 per person per day, charged additionally.
- Additional double room supplement: EUR 12 per person per day.
- Additional single room supplement: EUR 34 per person per day.
- Extra nights: EUR 56 per person per night on Half Board or EUR 44 per person per night on Bed & Breakfast.
- Lunch on the Corfu Island excursion: EUR 20–25 per person extra.
Accommodation is provided at the 5-star Andon Lapa Hotel Resort & Spa, directly by the sea and approximately 500 metres from Saranda city centre.

Accommodation follows the selected Half Board (HB) or Bed & Breakfast (BB) package. Half Board provides two meals per day served as an open buffet. Triple rooms are also available.

Rules, excursions & practical details
Participation
Open to children’s, youth and adult choirs, singing formations and vocal groups, with a maximum of 50 members per group.
Age Categories
- Children’s Choirs: at least two-thirds of participants must be 16 or younger.
- Youth Choirs: at least two-thirds must be 27 or younger.
- Adult Choirs: at least one-third must be older than 27.

Rights & Recordings
By applying, choirs agree to respect authors’ rights and allow the festival to use recorded material.
Performance & Stage
- Each choir must participate in at least two festival sections.
- Each choir should prepare two performances of 8–14 minutes each.
- Section One – Performances: open-air programmes of 15–20 minutes.
- Section Two – Pop Music: choral arrangements of pop songs, 8–12 minutes.
- Section Three – Folk Music: choral arrangements of folk songs or motifs, 8–12 minutes.
Excursions
Optional Excursions
- Corfu Island: includes return ferry Saranda–Corfu–Saranda, bus and guide.
- Gjirokastër & Blue Eye: includes bus, guide, entrance to Gjirokastër Castle, Museum of Weapons, Blue Eye and park shuttle.
- Gjirokastër & Blue Eye with Lunch: the same programme, plus lunch in Gjirokastër.
- Butrint Archaeological Park & Ksamil: includes bus, guide and entrance ticket to Butrint.
- Albanian Evening: includes transfer, traditional Albanian dinner, one drink and a folkloric performance.
Trio Package
Corfu + Gjirokastër & Blue Eye without lunch + Albanian Evening: EUR 137, compared with a separate total of EUR 147.
