The festival
The II Majorette & Orchestra Festival “Budva Parade of Harmony” takes place from 8 to 12 July 2027 in Budva, Montenegro.
Evening performances leave the daytime free for beach activities, sightseeing and optional excursions around Montenegro.

- Tourist tax and insurance: EUR 1.50 per person per day, charged additionally.
- Extended stays / additional nights: EUR 36 per person per day.
- Additional double rooms: EUR 10 per person per night.
- Bus parking, paid separately.
- For groups arriving by plane, transfers from Tivat Airport or Podgorica Airport to Budva can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Medical expenses are the responsibility of the participating group.
Accommodation is provided in selected hotels in Budva on a Half Board basis, with two meals per day, according to the selected package.

Participation
Eligible Groups
Open to majorette teams, orchestras and brass bands in the following age categories:
- Children’s groups: two-thirds of participants aged 16 or younger.
- Youth groups: two-thirds aged 25 or younger.
- Adult groups: at least one-third older than 25.
- Maximum 70 members per group, including performers, managers and musicians.
- Maximum 3 groups per country.
Application & Preparation
- Submit a short CV in English of 6–7 sentences and 5 group photos.
- Each group should bring its national flag.
- Groups organize their own arrival and departure transportation.
Health Insurance & Responsibility
Personal responsibility and health insurance are required.
Performance & Stage
- Prepare a performance lasting 10–15 minutes.
- USB playback or a live orchestra is allowed.
- Due to the exclusive location in Budva’s Old Town, a stage is not allowed.

- Ostrog Orthodox Monastery: Visit one of Montenegro’s most famous pilgrimage sites, built dramatically into the cliffs.
- Tara River Canyon: Discover dramatic nature and panoramic viewpoints in one of Europe’s most impressive river canyons.
