The festival

The II International Choral Festival “Dubai Golden Voices” takes place from 13 to 19 December 2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Dedicated to choral music and vocal performance, the festival aims to showcase cultural traditions through music, create new international friendships and bring choral music closer to the public through performances in Dubai.

Program

Day by day

Sunday 13 December

Arrival

  1. Arrival in Dubai, hotel accommodation and free time / beach time.

  2. Meeting with festival representatives.

Stay & prices

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • Each group receives a certificate and a festival gift.
  • One complimentary place for every 35 paying participants.

Not included

  • Arrival and departure transportation: groups pay for their own arrangements.

  • Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per day.

  • Double-room supplement: €15 per person per night.

  • Optional open-buffet dinner: €20 per person.

  • Optional excursions.

  • Personal expenses.

Accommodation is provided in selected 4-star hotels in Dubai, including MD Hotel Al Barsha and Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha. Standard accommodation is in triple rooms and quadruple apartments, with Bed & Breakfast packages available.

Booking & Payment Terms

Package Pricing

  • 4 nights / 5 days: €196 per person.
  • 5 nights / 6 days: €249 per person.
  • Extra nights: €49 per person per night with breakfast in a 4-star hotel, based on triple-room accommodation.

Participation

Eligibility & Applications

  • Open to all types of choirs, vocal groups and singing groups, including children, youth and adults.
  • A maximum of 3 groups from each country may participate.
  • Group size requires clarification: the Participation section allows a maximum of 70 members per group, while the Booking & Payment Terms state a maximum of 50 members per group.
  • Each group must submit a short CV in English, 5 group photos and a video performance link.
  • Each group should bring its national flag.

Health Insurance

Personal responsibility and health insurance are the responsibility of participating groups. First Aid and hospital services are available, but medical costs must be covered by the group.

Visa & Invitations

The festival page states that EU country members do not need a visa for Dubai.

Performance & Stage

  • Each choir should prepare a 12-minute free programme.
