The festival

The XI International Music & Dance Festival “Hurghada Fest” takes place from 13 to 19 April 2027 in Hurghada, Egypt.

This non-competitive event celebrates the cultural traditions of different countries, with daytime opportunities for leisure. Hurghada is one of Egypt’s best-known Red Sea resorts, famous for its beaches, clear waters, coral reefs and year-round sunshine.

Arrival

  1. Arrival in Hurghada and hotel accommodation.

  2. Lunch at the hotel.

  3. Dinner.

  4. Meeting with festival representatives.

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • All Inclusive accommodation for the selected package, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
  • Double rooms for group leaders and drivers.
  • One complimentary participation for every 25 dancers.

Not included

  • Transportation to and from Hurghada.
  • Airport–hotel transfers, which can be arranged at extra cost.
  • Optional excursions.
  • Additional double rooms and single-room supplements.
  • Extra nights.
  • Medical costs, which are the responsibility of the group.

Accommodation is provided at Long Beach Resort & Spa 5★ in Hurghada.

Package Prices

  • 4 nights / 5 days: €232 per person.
  • 5 nights / 6 days: €285 per person.
  • 6 nights / 7 days: €338 per person.

Supplements & Pricing Notes

  • Additional double rooms: €12 per person per day.
  • Single-room supplement: €28 per person per day.
  • Extra nights on an All Inclusive basis: €58 per person per night.
  • Tourist tax is not specified.

Participation

Who Can Participate

  • Folklore ensembles, choral groups, art schools, majorette teams, orchestras, ballroom dance groups, modern dance groups and other performing groups.
  • Children, youth and adult groups are welcome.
  • Each group may have up to 70 members, including dancers, managers, musicians and family members.
  • A maximum of 3 groups per country may participate.

Application & Participation

  • Groups must submit a CV, 5 photos and a video link.
  • A national flag is required.
  • Groups must arrange their own arrival and departure transportation.

Personal & Health Insurance

Personal and health insurance are required.

Performance & Stage

  • Performances should last approximately 10–15 minutes.
  • Folklore ensembles should prepare at least 2 dances.
  • Choirs should prepare an approximately 15-minute free programme.
  • Live orchestra or USB playback is allowed.

Excursions

Optional excursions must be reserved before arrival. Examples include:

  • The Pyramids in Cairo.
  • A museum in Cairo.
  • Other Red Sea and Egypt excursions.
