The accommodation package covers a 4-day stay with a BB (Bed & Breakfast) meal plan.

A limited number of double rooms are available. Single rooms are available on request.

Booking & Payment Terms

The package price is €250 per person.

Additional double rooms are subject to a supplement of €15 per person for the entire stay. An extra-night rate is not specified.

Competition Fees

For groups using organizer tourist services:

  • Solo: €40
  • Small forms, 3–5 participants: €30 per person
  • Groups: €20 per person

Without tourist services:

  • Solo: €50
  • Small forms, 3–5 participants: €40 per person
  • Groups: €30 per person

Age Categories

  • Junior / debut: up to 6 years
  • 7–9 years

Performance & Stage

  • Vocal: Soloists and forms of up to 4 participants: 1 performance, maximum 3 minutes. Groups of 6+ participants: 2 performances, maximum 4 minutes.
  • Choreography: Maximum 2 numbers, each maximum 3 minutes. For more than 20 participants: up to 4 minutes.
  • Instrumental: Up to 6 participants: 1 performance. 6+ participants: 2 performances, maximum 4 minutes.
  • Original / circus: Maximum 5 numbers per group, each maximum 3 minutes. For more than 20 participants: up to 4 minutes.
  • Fashion theatres: Two collections; maximum duration 5 minutes.
  • Soundtracks must be sent at least 7 days before the competition.
  • Backing tracks with lead vocals are not allowed.
  • Participants provide their own instruments, except piano / electronic piano.

Excursions

The optional Vatican excursion includes an entrance ticket and visits to major Vatican Museum galleries, the Sistine Chapel and the St. Peter’s Basilica area.
