The festival

The first International Festival “Thailand Fest” takes place from 6 to 12 November 2026 in Thailand, starting in Bangkok.

Participants will discover Thai culture, cuisine, temples, markets, beaches and local traditions while meeting artists from different countries.

Friday 6 November

Bangkok Arrival

  3. Seminar and comparative religion demonstration at Hope Church, Samut Prakan.

    Check-in at Bay Hotel, 4-star.

    Evening: optional Chao Phraya River Cruise.

    Return to hotel.

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • 5 nights / 6 days of accommodation.
  • Full Board: 3 meals per day, comprising breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Bangkok airport transfers.

  • Festival transportation according to the programme.

Not included

  • International round-trip flights, payable by the participating group.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Monument entrance fees, including optional entrance to the Grand Palace at €6 per person and Wat Arun at €6 per person.
  • Optional evening Chao Phraya River Cruise through Bangkok: €25 per person.
  • Other individually paid activities.
  • Medical service costs: services are available when needed, but related costs must be covered by the participating group.

The advertised package is a 4-star hotel package, with accommodation mainly in triple rooms. Participants stay in different locations according to the official travelling itinerary, including beachfront guesthouses in Cha-am.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Package price: €187 per person.
  • A 10% advance guarantee fee is payable and deducted from the final payment.
  • Additional nights are available upon request; the price is to be confirmed according to the hotel and itinerary.

Participation

Who Can Participate

The festival welcomes children, youth, adults and veteran groups, with the stated participant age range generally 15–70+. Groups must have at least 4 participants; no upper group-size limit is specified.

All music and dance styles are welcome, including:

Travel & Health Insurance

Participating groups are responsible for arranging and paying for travel and health insurance.

Application Conditions

By applying, groups accept the festival conditions and authorize the organizers to use festival photos and video materials.

Performance & Stage

  • Live or recorded music is permitted.
  • Each group should prepare 3 different performance items.
  • Each performance slot should last approximately 10–15 minutes.

Excursions

The Bangkok City Tour explores major landmarks and cultural areas. The markets, museums, ancient sites, beaches and other visits listed in the daily itinerary form part of the travelling programme.
