The festival

I International Festival in Vietnam 2027 takes place from 03 to 10 January 2027 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Participants perform alongside groups from different countries, combining artistic exchange with tourism.

Accommodation packages

Price includes

  • Hotel accommodation.
  • Full Board: 3 meals per day — breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Ho Chi Minh City airport transfers according to the official programme.
  • Festival participation.
  • Optional competition category.
  • Certificates for all participants.
  • A trophy for each group.
  • Ho Chi Minh City sightseeing: Package 1 includes the city tour; Package 2 includes the city programme and a visit to exclusive malls.
  • Cultural programme.

Not included

  • International flights, paid by the participating group.
  • Travel and health insurance, paid by the participating group.
  • Monument entrance fees.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Optional additional tourism.

Accommodation is provided in selected 3-star hotels and 4 star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Upgrade from 3-star to 4-star accommodation: an additional €20 per person.

  • A 10% advance guarantee fee is required and deducted from the final payment.

Participation in the one-day competition is optional.

Health Insurance

Each participating group is responsible for arranging travel and health insurance.

Performance & Stage

  • Minimum group size: 4 participants. No clear maximum is stated.
  • Live or recorded music is allowed.
  • Groups must prepare 3 different performance items, approximately 10–15 minutes each.
