Payment conditions

After application approval, 70% of the selected package is invoiced as a deposit. This includes a €50 per person non-refundable registration fee.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 weeks before arrival.
The festival fee is paid on site.

Cancellation conditions

The registration fee remains non-refundable. In addition, the following cancellation charges apply:

Up to 32 days before arrival: free cancellation.
31–22 days before arrival: 50%.
21–14 days before arrival: 80%.
13–0 days before arrival: 100%.

Allow time for cross-city station changes. Beauvais is outside the main Paris airport network. Check coach access and designated loading areas.

Participation

Performance & Stage

Vocal — solo, duet or trio: 1 piece, maximum 3 minutes.
Vocal — small ensembles, groups or choirs: 2 contrasting pieces, maximum 6 minutes in total.
Choreography — solo, duet, trio or quartet: 1 piece, maximum 4 minutes.
Choreography — small groups of 5–9 or ensembles: 2 contrasting pieces, maximum 7 minutes in total.
Instrumental — solo, duet or trio: 1 composition, maximum 4 minutes.
Instrumental — ensembles or orchestras: 1–2 compositions, maximum 7 minutes.
Backing tracks must be sent at least 20 days before the festival in FLAC, WAV or MP3 format.
A backup copy must be brought on USB.
Lead-vocal backing tracks are not allowed.
Backing vocals are allowed only if they do not duplicate the main melody.
An electronic piano is provided.
