The festival

The first International Choir Festival “Easter Choir Festival” takes place from 7 to 11 April 2027. The festival brings together choral ensembles for a series of festival nights, including a concert in a local baroque church.

Repertoire

Because concerts take place in Catholic churches, the repertoire should include sacred songs and, where possible, Easter-themed songs. Gospel songs are also acceptable. Other repertoire may also be included.

Performance & Stage

  • Choirs may perform a cappella, with piano or organ, or with other musical instruments.

Excursions

Optional excursions mentioned include Barcelona, Girona and Tossa de Mar.
