Participation Information:



Festival Type: Non-competitive presentation of traditional and modern dances and music.
Eligible Participants: Folk dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups, soloists, and performers from other art forms.
Number of Participants: Each country may send up to 3 groups. Each group should consist of a maximum of 50 members, including dancers, managers, and musicians.
Program Requirements:
Folk Dance Ensembles: Prepare at least 2 folk dances, with a total performance time of 15–20 minutes, to be performed with an orchestra or via USB.
Choral Groups: Prepare a free program with a total performance time of 15 minutes.
Additional Requirements:
Send a short CV and photos of the group.
Bring the flag of your country.
Groups are responsible for their own transport for arrival and departure.

Accommodation Information:


Accommodation Options:
Participants will be accommodated in hotels and apartments in Paralia and Olympic Beach, offering 2 meals per day (half-board: breakfast and dinner). Hotels are located near the beach, with options such as Yakhintos, Katerina, Xenia Zeus, Ifigenia, Despina, London, Phenix, Rainbow Resort, Passion, Kronos, Bambus, and others.
Room Type: Multiple rooms with private toilets will be provided.
Hotel Prices:
129 EUR per person for 3 HB (4 days/3 nights).
149 EUR per person for 4 HB (5 days/4 nights).
174 EUR per person for 5 HB (6 days/5 nights).
Extra Rooms for Leaders and Drivers: For leaders and drivers, two double rooms will be provided. Additional double rooms are available at 12 EUR per person per day.
Tourist Tax: An additional 1.5 EUR per person/day tourist tax is required.
Extended Stay: Participants can extend their stay for 39 EUR per person per day (HB).

Festival Organizers Provide:
1 free participant for every 24 dancers (24+1, 48+2).
Souvenir and gift for each group.
Certificate of attendance.
Welcome reception for group leaders (with drinks).
Free parking.
Advertising of the festival (press release, social media promotion, posters).

Insurance:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are the responsibility of the groups. Medical services will be available, but groups must cover the cost of medical services.

13:00: Arrival and hotel accommodation
18:00 – 19:00: Dinner at the hotel
21:00: Welcome reception with group leaders

Day 2:
07:00 – 08:30: Breakfast
11:00 – 17:00: Free time (beach or optional visits to Thessaloniki/Katerini)
18:00 – 19:00: Dinner at the hotel
19:30 – 23:00: Festival evening performance in the square in Paralia

Day 3:
08:00 – 09:00: Breakfast
09:00 – 16:00: Boat excursion in Thermaikos Gulf
18:00 – 19:00: Dinner at the hotel
21:00: Party at ALOHA Beach

Day 4:
09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
11:00 – 17:00: Free time or visit to Meteora
21:00: Free time (shopping in Paralia)

Day 5:
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
10:30: Departure

Optional Extended Stay:

Day 5 (Continued):
09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
10:30 – 14:00: Visit Katerini or relax on the beach
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner at the hotel
21:30 – 23:00: Second festival evening on the Olympic beach square

Day 6:
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast

Excursions Information:


The festival program includes several exciting excursions and leisure activities for all participants.

Day 3: Boat Excursion in Thermaikos Gulf:
A memorable boat trip will take you through the crystal-clear waters of the Thermaikos Gulf.

Price: 20 EUR per person
Program:
09:00: Depart from Paralia port
10:30: Stop at Plaka Beach for a swim
11:00: Arrival at Variko Beach for a grilled fish lunch, Greek salad, and drinks (juice, wine, ouzo)
14:00: Return to Paralia port, with additional swimming stops in the open sea
This excursion offers a great opportunity to relax and explore the local beaches and waters.

Day 4: Meteora Visit:
Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site of Meteora, one of Greece’s most famous historical landmarks.

Beach Time & City Visits:
Participants can also enjoy free time on the beach or visit the nearby cities of Thessaloniki or Katerini.
