Participation Information



We are delighted to invite Folk Ensembles, Choral Groups, Brass Bands, Orchestras, Modern Dance Groups, and Majorette Teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XXII International Music & Folk-Dance Festival “ISTRA MUSIC FEST”, from July 8–13, 2025, in Pula-Rovinj-Rijeka, Croatia.

Festival Highlights:
Cultural Presentation: Showcase traditions through music and dance while building friendships.
Participation Requirements:
– Groups should prepare a program of 12–15 minutes (music on USB or live orchestra).
– Groups must bring their national flag.
– Limited participation: Maximum 60 people per group (up to 3 groups per country, including musicians, dancers, leaders, and family members).
– Provide a brief CV and group photos by email.
– Groups must arrange their own transportation; transfers for those arriving by plane can be organized by the festival committee (cost details upon request).

Festival Perks:
– Complimentary participation for one group leader with every 25 participants (25+1; 48+2).
– Certificates, souvenirs, and gifts for all groups.
– Complimentary drinks during performances.
– Free hotel parking, swimming pool, and beach access.
– Promotional coverage (press release, social media, posters, flyers).
– Access to festival photos and videos after the event.

Insurance:
All participants are responsible for their own personal and health insurance. First Aid and medical facilities will be available, but medical services must be covered by the group.

Accommodation Information


Accommodation will be provided at the 3* Tourist Resort Duga Uvala, featuring beach access, swimming pools, and standard triple/quadruple rooms.

Package Options:
155 EUR (3 nights, 2 meals/day): From July 8–11, 2025.
195 EUR (4 nights, 2 meals/day): From July 8–12, 2025.

Additional Information:
– Meals: Open buffet with non-alcoholic drinks and local beer during dinner.
– Double rooms: Additional 11 EUR per person per day.
– Tourist tax and insurance: 1.60 EUR per person per day (mandatory).
– Extended Stay: 52 EUR per day per person (half board).

– 21:00: Festival Evening.

– 07:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 10:00–18:00: Free time or excursions.
– 18:00–20:00: Dinner.
– 21:00: Workshop (learn dances).

Day 4
– 07:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 10:00–18:00: Free time or excursions.
– 18:00–20:00: Dinner.
– 21:00: Disco Party.

Day 5 (Departure Day)
– 07:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 12:00: Departure.

Optional Extended Stay Program:
– Additional days include breakfast, leisure time, dinner, and free evenings.
